These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Purposed Today Global LLC ("Purposed Today Global," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of https://purposedtoday.com and our related pages (the "Website"), and the coaching, consulting, programs, challenges, workshops, events, digital content, e-mail, and text messaging we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Website or Services, submitting a form, booking a call, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use our Services or make a purchase. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Services

Purposed Today Global provides career coaching, empowerment and leadership coaching, creative expression coaching, group coaching programs, virtual challenges and workshops, and business and corporate coaching and consulting. Program descriptions, schedules, formats, and prices are described on the Website, on the applicable registration or checkout page, or in a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed with us conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the Services it covers.

4. Bookings, Attendance, and Rescheduling

You may book consultation and strategy calls through the scheduling links on our Website. Please arrive on time for sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may be counted as used. Group coaching sessions, challenges, and live events take place at the scheduled times; missed group sessions are not individually rescheduled, but recordings may be provided when available. We may reschedule a session or event for reasons beyond our control and will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the Website, the applicable checkout page, or your written agreement. By purchasing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled installment until the full price is paid. Choosing a payment plan does not reduce the total amount owed. If a payment fails, we may pause your access to the Services until payment is made.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our Services involve reserved time, limited seats, and immediate access to proprietary materials, payments are generally non-refundable once a program, session, or event has begun or digital materials have been delivered, except as stated below or required by law.

• Each program's own guarantee governs. If a checkout page, sales page, or written agreement for a specific program states a guarantee or refund policy (for example, the 100% money-back guarantee offered on the Purpose-Aligned Career Placement Accelerator™ checkout page), that program's guarantee governs refunds for that program, according to its stated conditions and time limits, and takes priority over the general policy in this section.
• Cancellation by us. If we cancel a program, session, or event and do not offer a comparable rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled portion.
• How to request a refund. E-mail [email protected] with your name, the program purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
• Physical products. Books or other physical items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.

7. Events, Challenges, and Recordings

Live virtual sessions, group coaching calls, challenges, and webinars may be recorded for quality, training, and replay purposes. We will tell you when a session is recorded. By attending, you consent to the recording of your name, voice, image, and comments as shared in the session. If you prefer not to appear, you may turn off your camera, change your display name, or use private chat where available. We will not use your image or testimonial in public marketing without your permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information you share in one-on-one coaching as confidential and use it only to provide the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent harm. In group settings, participants agree to keep other participants' personal information and stories confidential, but we cannot guarantee what other participants do.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website and all program materials, including text, workbooks, assessments, frameworks, videos, recordings, graphics, logos, and our program names (including Purposed Today Global and our Purpose-Aligned program names), are owned by or licensed to Purposed Today Global LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. When you purchase or access materials, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own personal or internal professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, record, resell, share login access to, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Website or Services, you agree not to:

• break any law or violate anyone's rights;
• post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory, or bully other participants;
• send spam or unsolicited promotions to us or other participants, or use our community spaces to solicit business without permission;
• impersonate anyone, or submit false information or someone else's contact details;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or overload the Website, or introduce viruses or malicious code; or
• record sessions or share program content without permission.

We may suspend or end your access to the Website, community spaces, or Services if you violate these Terms, without a refund for the period of suspension where permitted by law.

11. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. Purposed Today Global LLC offers a text messaging program to people who opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by otherwise providing express consent. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, customer care, event, webinar, and challenge registrations and reminders, program updates, and promotional messages about our coaching programs, events, and offers.

• Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages, which may be sent using automated technology, from Purposed Today Global LLC, sent from our business number (813) 981-1367, to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the programs you join.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or (813) 981-1367.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (813) 981-1367.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device.
• Your number. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know so that texts are not sent to the new owner.
• Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

12. E-mail Communications

If you join our e-mail list or register for a program or event, we may send you e-mails about our Services, events, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing e-mail. We may still send you transactional e-mails related to your purchases, bookings, or account.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website and Services use or link to third-party services, such as scheduling tools, video conferencing, video platforms, payment processors, social media, and online book retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purposed Today Global LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that information on the Website is complete or current.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purposed Today Global LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, income, employment, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to the Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) if you have not paid us anything. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Purposed Today Global LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and coaches from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Pasco County, Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not affect purchases made before the change unless required by law.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement for specific Services, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter.
